Overview

The Accounts Receivable Module in DIGITZ ERP manages all customer-related financial inflows and outstanding dues. It acts as the central hub for tracking amounts owed by customers, monitoring credit exposure, and ensuring timely collections.
Every Sales Invoice, Receipt Entry, Credit Note, and adjustment flows seamlessly into the Customer Ledger, providing a real-time and accurate picture of receivable positions across the organization.

The module is deeply integrated with Sales, Inventory, Projects, and the General Ledger, ensuring that all revenue-related transactions automatically reflect in the financial books. Whether an invoice is raised for goods, services, recurring sales, or mixed transactions, DIGITZ ERP captures the corresponding receivable with proper accounting, tax computation, and ageing implications.

The Accounts Receivable module provides businesses with:

  • Customer-wise and invoice-wise outstanding tracking
  • Comprehensive ageing analysis to determine overdue, upcoming, and current dues
  • Customer statements for reconciliation and communication
  • Sales and collection insights through analytical reports
  • Visibility on receipt patterns and payment modes
  • Real-time credit limit monitoring and exposure control
  • Consolidated financial impact of sales, returns, and adjustments

Additionally, the module supports:

  • Multi-currency customers
  • Customer-specific price lists
  • Payment term automation
  • Tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive pricing
  • Project or cost center allocation
  • Service-based and stock-based billing

DIGITZ ERP ensures that every financial event — from sales creation to cash/cheque/bank receipt to credit note adjustment — is tracked accurately.
This provides businesses with a clear view of cash inflows, outstanding balances, and revenue recognition while reducing manual reconciliation efforts and improving collection efficiency.
