Overview
The MIS Reports in the Stock & Warehouse Module provide complete visibility into stock levels, daily stock movements, warehouse-wise performance, and item-wise activity.
These reports help users track the physical movement of inventory, monitor stock availability, verify internal transfers, and ensure accuracy across warehouses.
DIGITZ ERP includes the following key stock reports.
Daily Stock Report
This report displays all stock transactions recorded on a specific date.
Key Highlights
- Shows item-wise inward and outward movements.
- Includes transactions such as purchase receipts, delivery notes, stock transfers, and stock reconciliations.
- Helps users verify daily activity across warehouses.
- Useful for day-end stock checks and warehouse performance monitoring.
Daily Stock Summary Report
A summarised view of stock activity for a selected date or date range.

- Opening quantity
- Total inward quantity
- Total outward quantity
- Closing quantity
- Warehouse-wise summary
This report is ideal for quick daily analysis without going into transaction-level details.
Stock Ledger
The Stock Ledger provides a complete transaction-wise history for each item.

- Posting date and document reference
- Inward and outward quantity
- Running balance quantity
- Stock valuation and value changes
- Warehouse-specific movements
This is the primary audit trail for all stock updates in the system.
Stock Movement Report
Shows item movement trends over a selected date range.

This report is commonly used for analysing usage trends.
Stock Balance Register
