MIS (Management Information System) Reports provide high-level analytical insights that support managerial decision-making. These reports consolidate data across the Selling Module to give an overview of sales performance, order flow, profitability trends, customer activity, and operational efficiency.
1 Sales Performance Report
- Shows total sales value, number of invoices, and comparison across periods.
- Helps identify sales growth patterns and seasonal trends.
2 Sales Funnel Conversion Report (Future Enhancement)
- Tracks conversion from Enquiry → Quotation → Sales Order → Invoice.
- Useful for analysing sales efficiency (planned as future enhancement).
3 Customer-Wise Sales Summary
- Summarises sales value per customer for the selected period.
- Helps identify revenue distribution and potential customer concentration risks.
4 Item Profitability Report (Future Enhancement)
- Shows margin percentage and profitability per item (planned enhancement).
- Helps prioritise high-margin items.
5 Salesperson / Executive Performance Report
- Tracks performance of sales staff based on quotations submitted, orders confirmed, and invoices generated.
- Supports incentive planning and performance evaluation.
6 Pending Delivery Summary
- Summarises all Sales Orders with undelivered quantities.
- Helps operations plan fulfilment and delivery schedules.
7 Pending Billing Summary
- Summarises delivered items that are yet to be invoiced.
- Helps ensure timely billing and prevents revenue leakage.
